Install DebriefMD

Open DebriefMD in Safari. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Choose Open as Web App if offered, then Add. Open the new DebriefMD icon to continue.

Open DebriefMD in Chrome or Samsung Internet. Choose Install DebriefMD above when offered, or look for Install app or Add to Home screen in the browser menu. The wording depends on your browser.

In Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon in the address bar or the install option in the browser menu. On supported macOS Safari versions, use File → Add to Dock. You can keep using the website if your browser does not offer installation.

Open DebriefMD from its icon and sign in with your usual address. A sign-in email can open in your regular browser. If the installed app still asks you to sign in, finish opening the link in the browser surface you intend to use. Do not forward a sign-in link to somebody else.

Sign in and open the recording setup online first. Completed recordings can be saved on this device and retried when you reopen DebriefMD with a connection. Keep it open until upload finishes. Transcription and form generation need a connection; installation does not make them run on your phone.

Keep the screen awake and DebriefMD in front while recording. Closing the app during recording can lose unfinished audio. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted: do not uninstall, clear site data or use a shared device while recordings are waiting to upload.

If you opened a link inside another app, use its menu to open the site in your normal browser. Try again outside private browsing. Your device or workplace may restrict installation; the ordinary website remains available.
